many college students feel they can’t
really find the time to keep up on their personal health and wellness until an
illness catches hold and stops them in their tracks. With most colleges
providing health care and endless physical activities for students, staying
healthy in college is about as easy as it will ever get. There are several ways
that students by doing them can have health and wellness life in their
education life. First way is about their diet. Without careful attention to
their diet, they could end on putting on the freshman 15 and more. For example
by eating vary meals, eating breakfast, drinking water and eating fruits.
Second way is about sleep. College students aren’t exactly known for their
early to bed early to raise attitudes, but getting sleep is an integral part of
staying healthy. For example they should avoid all-nighters I mean that you
don’t need to study all night to do well because you might be doing yourself a
disservice. Another example maybe create bedtime routine which their body after
a few weeks of practice this should help you fall asleep when they need to.to
sum up, there are several ways to be healthy during our education life that I
mention some of them above.

video reflection
1)In general all students are interesting in american education system. They think that they have more opportunities than they have in their home country. For example,in USA they have more practice and also work with a team.
2)Each of students have their own reasons to have education in USA.For example,Krishra chose the USA due to its creative environment and the use of team work in education.
3)There are some differences between the USA and theire home country. For example in China, linxi say that they have to hang the laundry outside. She adds that they drink coffee a lot. Also she claims that even in winter the Americans can wear shorts, which makes her astonished.
4)The international students have to pay about 30.000 dollar for a year,But it depands on your major program.
5)Like all of foreign students they also have difficulties with culture and language which is normal for them.
6)Of course they had culture shock. As i am foreign student, when i came tu turkey i also had culture shock i mean that meet with different people different opinion different language and different culture.I had lots of difficulties like homesick and loneless and...but after you find friends and start to studying you will be busy and you will not have any time to think about these difficulties.

High school vs. College
A good education is an important part of life. To achieve a good education, a person should attend both high school and college. Although high school has a lot in common with college, but there are som difference betwen them . After graduating from high school and enrolled into college and noticed that there are many differences between them. A few of these differences include the attitude and responsibilities of the teachers and students and the amount of work given to the students.
To begin with, there are many ways in which the attitudes of the teachers in high school are different from the attitudes of the professor’s in college. In high school teachers seemed to be stricter and have more rules for the students to follow. The teachers also responsible for making sure each student obeyed these rules to the fullest extent and carried out disciplinary actions for those who did not obey them. One example in which a teacher has taken on a disciplinary action when a student com late or skip their scheduled and the teacher wrote the student up and gave them detention. Whereas, in college if a student is late or they skip the class for whatever reason the teacher usually doesn’t take any action because in college it’s not up to the professor to worry about if you miss class or not, you pay to go to college so if you want to not go and waste your money that’s not the professors problem or responsibility.
Then, the amount of work given to a high school student also differs from the amount of work given to a college student. Generally in high school you have about 8 classes that you alternate to throughout the day and each class most likely gives you homework. Homework is given to students in high school mostly everyday because you’re learning something new every day. Now in college a professor will rarely give out homework. Now a day in college, students are writing notes more and just studying their books of the...

wanted to come turky and to study at metu in a department of language
education, also my sister at that time was studing at metu in air space
engineering and she really helped me to come to metu .I sturted studying
in highschool and going to more classes to learn both english and
turkish. In my opinion studying at metu is big apportunity to be success
in the future. When i came turkey and staying at campus in metu i begon
to learn living alone far from my family, getting more
experience, learning new languages and new culture and also i wanted to
have more friends from different countries because by this way i would
be able to learn about different cultures. At metu i have more basic
lessens related to my department because in my home country because of
islamic republic country, university lessens are more related to the
religion and so that at metu i can get them from lessens.Apart from my
department at metu there are lots of activities that i can be a member
of them.Always i want to get more things not just related to the
department issues for examples going to dancing course or such musical
course. At metu lectures also are more experience people and some of them
are well known lectures.Metu also is one of the wellknown universities
and all departments you have to study hard and then after graduating
you are becaming a inteligent person in a social. At the same time im
going to learn 3 different languages and really its enjoyable for me.One
more interesting thing is meeting or getting friend whith foreing
students and different cultures for me.At metu you will never feel alone
because almost of students like you are from other countries and also
lectures.Of course at metu it doesnt matter where are you from because
all students and lectures have close relation together. At metu we can
both improve our social and academical life because every day we are
meeting whith lots of people in different karakters and different
topics.
